Thanksgiving in France
Since Tim wasn't in the US to have Thanksgiving with his family, we honored him by doing a celebration at my parent's home with their best friends. It was actually my parents and their friend's first Thanksgiving meal. We started with the typical french aperitif with champagne, then we had veggies & dip, deviled eggs. Of course, a (french) turkey with gravy, stuffing (from the US that Tim brought back), sweet potatoes and green beans with onions. Followed by cheese and a homemade cheesecake. It was a succulent dinner, Tim was the turkey chef basting it so it was very moist.

Welcome Lea to the world
My friend Carole had her baby girl two weeks ago, her name is Lea, she weighs 2.9 kilos (6 lb and 6 oz). She is a cute girl ! Friday was Carole's mom Ghislaine birthday so she and her husband Bernard invited us over today for lunch to celebrate. Carole and Lea were present, as well as Carole's younger sister Sabine (who is expecting a baby boy in February) and her boyfriend Davy, also Ghislaine's mom was there. I just loved holding little Lea, she is so adorable!
